drums are a bit heavy in the beginning, the beggining is a bit long, and u should play around with the volumes.
The panning on the drums is very neat.
Very nice but still needs playing around.

me like a lot!!! you ve done a great job! i wont spend mutch time on positive things because there are so mutch...so mutch...the bass intrument is not the good one for me, i d like something warmer like a jazzupright basswith a fat compressor, now bout the jazzy touch its only the beginin for me, you could use a lot more intruments like guitars,flutes or sax or any jazzy intru. im missing a more melodic part. now, you got yourself another excellent track so much groove and a great vibe thumbs up |

yes i know bout them other instrument but you can hear that this already was allot of work plus i realy don't want to use to much complete samples.what i want/try to do is not to make a triphop song with jazz sounds but a real nu jazz thingy with a self invented melody and a rich composition. i use the slayer at this moment because it's the best i've got and a very good bass simulator.a good bass rompler would commin nice but ain't got the sollen.as a matter of facts i want control each element as much as possible.and warm sounds that don't sound to much synthetic but also not to real cuz i don't want to denie i'm making it all with pc i want to use its advantages and sound as warm as a jazzband would sound.for me squarepusher suceeded in this in his earlier works.right now he seems to be lost in fx...i want so much but it's not easy to write in english  consider anew versions to be uploaded somewhere soon |

Yeah drums are too loud.
I really like that piano melody at the very end, Icteder. That was the best element in the song, imo.
Can't really say anything else, except that the drums drown out all the rest, but others have pointed that out already. |

mainly words are less usefull,then the music itselfs;
while ya spoke about squarepusher,i already knew your example...complement...i hear where ya wanna go.....
but....lets be more creative....dont overdo those drums thingies....stretchin....
i'm more thinkin about;stretchin on those melo's....that would be nice,just to be somehow, a bit difrent then squarepusher;
yeah yeah i know,its vsti the rhodes etc,bla bla...
but there is a way,and that would make your point come true,about beeing made with pc;it will have that extra clue,for some listeners who doubt it;
thats what i think about the drums,when people say,it atracks too mutch attention;
its cool to follow some examples in life,but the key is...to alter it...refine it...mold it...so its actually yours;
now we gone have ourselfs a debate again about creativety,fuk 'n shaize;
for the rest of the song,you know what i think,big up for beeing so creative,just a bit suspected.....

yes somehow i'm not ashamed to let my examples come true in my music for i know that only a few have a completly own style from scratch it's somehow a learning proces you have to pass to learn the technical aspect of composing .everything has been done before even all combination have been made already.i do not see a problem in that since we are still living in a postmodern society.for now i want to make music that people like or love(edit:and offcourse myself love ) and eventually if i keep true to myself there will come something out that's a perfect reflection of my inner self (mja perfect is a big word hmm)).i've chaned the beats already now and played around with the elements so i hope you'le enjoy when coming to the beurs.for the beat not being to lively well... that's a biigggggg job ain't it as i program and cut and paste blablabla. so seeing so much comments makes me realy happy .i think i'm on a good path for now and i'll keep following it.expect anything as my taste is wide and the melting pot full of surprices.greets |
